About the position:

In this role as a CNC operator, you will work with modern machines and tools to manufacture high-quality components according to drawings and specifications. You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing the machines, as well as checking and documenting the quality of the products. The position involves both independent work and collaboration with colleagues in production to ensure an efficient and safe working environment.

This is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and contribute to the company's production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor production and ensure that the machines are functioning correctly.

• Check and measure parts to ensure quality according to specifications.

• Adjust machine settings as needed to optimize production.

• Document and report production data and any deviations.

• Collaborate with colleagues in production to ensure an efficient and safe working environment.

• Contribute to continuous improvements of processes and working methods.

Qualifications:

• Driver's license

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and work instructions.

• Meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious.

• Independent but also used to collaborating in teams.

• Experience with measuring and control instruments is an advantage.

Working hours: three shifts

Scope: Full-time

Salary: According to collective agreement

Start: Week 12, considering any notice period

Other: You will be employed by us and work for our client, with the possibility of direct employment with the client after the hiring period.
